RealTalkNY.net thinks they got the scoop on the Tyga release party last night at Mansion but I’m calling shenanigans on that posting. Note to self Real Talk, always travel with a professional photographer in your entourage. Did you check those shots? I wonder which 1 hour photo joint developed his disposable camera at 4am? Phhfffsssst, pics below from my +1.
One thing Real Talk could teach me…don’t roll into work wearing the same clothes you went out in last night and then distribute photos of yourself around the company. It does nothing for your character….
The real scoop:
Numerous guests of Tyga/Decaydance Records were turned away at the door due to “improper dress” (flip flops? shorts?) including “Coconut Juice” producer SAM Hollander. Apparently gold records mean nothing in this joint.
As a nod to special guest Travis McCoy, the DJ previewed a brand new Gym Class Heroes track, “Cookie Jar” off their upcoming release The Quilt (due out this fall). Easiest way to weed out hanger-ons around your VIP table…put on a new joint and see who knows the lyrics and who doesn’t. “Cookie Jar” coming at you soon…get ready.
And lastly, although the “GED” bling has returned but Tyga’s imfamous “Young Money” chain was still notably absent last night. Hmmmm the plot thickens…
Caught wind of this story last week, but didn’t want to post anything until “official” video “evidence” hit the webs. I can’t keep up with this stuff anymore. ::in an old white man voice:: “This must be one of them East Coast-West Coast things…Hooligans!”
Word on the street is that 50 Cent is pushing er’body shit back. First GAME and now Young Buck. Here I am patiently waiting for this Young Buck DVD and now I hear its not gonna come out until after the G-UNIT album.
